Sabot Development LTD announced land closing of the development site adjacent to the Pearl District, in San Antonio Texas. Special purpose entity, Elmira JV LLC has acquired the first phase of 1.55 acres of land to construct a 120′ mixed use apartment and retail building.

Jim Young, CCIM stated the project is in the building permit phase with Gensler Architects, and working to break ground in Q2-2021.
