We will be working with area developers , apartment owners and relocation firms when the time comes for redevelopment, to help residents stay in the area, with access to their area schools, childcare, and more. The site location is just minutes walk to the Springdale General Creative Offices and the Austin Bouldering Project, a 48,000 sf indoor fitness and rock climbing gym.
