Our special purpose entity, 421 Medina LLC, is the owner of 4+ acres in downtown San Antonio, the site of the National Grocer Building. The building was constructed in 1919 and harkens to days long past. The concrete building is approximately 70,000sf and built in the style of the day, solid concrete. Ownership is evaluating options to redevelop with historic tax credits, and other incentives to keep the building’s unique character in future projects. Ownership is considering breweries, restaurants, housing, coworking, rooftop event space, and more.
