Sabot Development is an Austin based business development company managed by Jim Young.

Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point ('94). He served in the Armor Branch of the US Army at Fort Hood, Texas.

For the last 10 years, Jim has operated companies with the a focus  on real estate development, primarily developing rental or investment property.  He has participated in the development of single family homes, duplexes, and condominium complexes.  Lately, Jim has also worked on land subdivision, and on subdividing waterfront land on Lake Travis.
