Sabot Development, has purchased a 6.8 acre development site at 400 W Park, Cedar Park, Texas. The site is adjacent to the Bell Boulevard Redevelopment in Cedar Park. The purchase was made by special purpose entity: Sabot West Park, LLC. Sabot has plans to evaluate the site for development as multifamily and looks forward to collaborating with the City of Cedar Park, and the adjacent project. Up to 400 residential units, and 50,000 sf retail can rise at the site.
